For roofing leak repairs, we communicate with apartment managers to set 12 hours so we can inspect units from the interior, the attic, and on the roof to pinpoint the cause of the leak and minimize the scope and cost of repairs.  For large roofing or siding replacement projects we communicate with management so that they can let the tenants know what to expect with an upcoming project.  We identify the best areas for dumpster and material placement.  We emphasize safety both for the crews on site but also for the residents so that dangerous areas are closed off and so that a thorough clean up is done to avoid any potential issues.  Our goal is to get the job done properly, quickly, and with minimal disruption for the residents.
